We provide on-site respirator fit testing across the continental U.S., and can also travel to Alaska and Hawaii for larger groups. In general, we’re most cost‑effective for organizations within about 250–300 miles of Lexington, North Carolina (including TN, WV, VA, MD, SC, and GA). For locations farther away—or for remote states—larger groups help offset travel costs. Share your headcount and location, and we’ll let you know what’s realistic and cost‑efficient for your team.
Is there a minimum group size for a quote?
We accommodate organizations of all sizes. For small groups under 10 employees, we typically offer flat-rate session fees, while larger groups benefit from per-test volume pricing to minimize your cost per employee.
What documentation is provided after a session?
We provide all required compliance documentation immediately. This includes individual fit test records, a master safety report, and the digital data needed for your official OSHA respiratory protection records.
How long does the fit testing process take?
Each qualitative fit test takes approximately 15 to 20 minutes person. This duration ensures we follow every OSHA-mandated exercise and protocol while keeping your workforce downtime to an absolute minimum.
What are the requirements for on-site testing?
Employees must be clean-shaven where the respirator seals to the skin. Additionally, they must have completed a health questionnaire and been cleared for respirator use by a physician prior to testing.
